Our Founder
For more than 25 years, I built a career in high tech — fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding in its own way. But when I gave myself permission to focus on purpose over expectation, Nature's Wish Creative Apothecary was born, right here in Albany, Georgia.
My passions have always lived in nature, wellness, and creativity. From advocating for Georgia native plants and pet-safe homes, to handcrafting wellness products I've made and loved for years, to creating a space where people can gather, create, and simply breathe — Nature's Wish is everything that fills me up, offered back to the community I love.
Outside of Nature's Wish, my heart is also poured into Helena's Community Cats, a non-profit I founded dedicated to the care and welfare of community cats. If you know me, you know the animals in our lives are never far from my thoughts.

About Nature's Wish
Nature's Wish Creative Apothecary was born from a simple truth: the things that bring us the most joy are often found in nature, in community, and in the act of creating something with our own hands.
We are passionate advocates for Georgia native plants — beautiful, resilient species that sustain the birds, bees, butterflies, and ecosystems around us. We also curate pet-safe houseplants that bring nature indoors without putting your furbabies at risk, and handcraft wellness body products made with intention, quality ingredients, and years of knowledge.
And then there's our creative space — maybe our favorite part. Nature's Wish offers creative classes for all skill levels, because creativity isn't just for artists. It's for anyone who needs an outlet, a reset, or simply an afternoon of joy.
More than anything, we wanted Nature's Wish to feel like a living room, not a store — a place where people gather, linger, and feel at home. Community is at the root of everything we do.
